Bacterial DNA comparison:
- We compared the number and type of bacteria contained in two identical cooling tower systems. One was treated with traditional biocide and scale inhibitors, and the other was treated with Biömik Probiotics.
- Microbial-induced corrosion bacteria are present at 32 times the amount in the biocide system.
- Potential Pathogens, Legionella, Haemophilus, Salmonella, and Pseudomonas exist at 25 times more in the biocide system.
